Yz, the Thunderbolt, is a fifth-dimensional "genie" that Johnny Thunder can summon by saying "Cei-U", an approximation of his name backwards that also sounds like "Say you". The Thunderbolt can do almost anything (up to reality-warping levels), but Johnny must tell him what to do in exact words.
