Green Lantern: First Flight Animated Movie ***SPOILERS***

I just got finished watching this, and it was amazing! I loved it! The animation was done in the Justice League Unlimited style, so it was awesome. The voice acting was great! And the story and action was well done.

The story was basically about Hal Jordan's first mission as a GL, and Sinestro betraying the rest of the GL Corps and becoming the yellow ring slinger we all know now. The first half of the movie (before Sinestro's betrayal was revealed) Hal and Sinestro teamed-up to take out Kanjar-Ro(played by Red (the dad) from "That '70s Show" as well. All in all, a very well done story. And the ring fist-fight between Sinestro and Hal the end was sweet as hell!

I strongly suggest any comic fan picking this up.

As for the hardcore GL fans, you're probably gonna nitpick about a few changes here and there, but it's nothing that really hinders the story. Some changes that I noticed:
-Abin Sur looked different.
-Kanjar-Ro looked different.
-The Central Power Battery of the Green Lanterns looked different too, and was much smaller.
-Hal's Costume was a little different
-The Weaponers of Qward were mystical beings it seemed like.
-Boodika was very feminine, in the comics she was a warrior who loved to fight.
-When Sinestro got the yellow ring, he was wearing a Sinestro Corps symbol on his chest, yet the Central Yellow Battery and his ring had yellow Green Lantern Symbols. And there was no Sinestro Corps to speak of, just Sinestro.
-Hal became a sort of version of Ion in the end for a little bit.
