AzraelFFFFFFFFFFFF LASHER!!! Alright, I'm a huge fan of Venom and the symbiote mythos, so getting all the cool figures from this line was a must. And with lasher and Scream being the only comic accurate ones (to a degree) I obviously went for them first. Lasher is a pretty cool figure, he always looked a bit slimmer in the comics though, and the parts of him that are black were just a darker green, but something tells me this is all I'll ever get of him, so I can't complain about minor inconsistencies. Lasher has a cool action features where he spins around, blah blah 5 bucks says you don't care about the action feature anyway. The paint apps are spot on and the sculpt and articulation were the ebst of the line, I read an interview of the guy who designed this mold, it was his first project on...[

AzraelGOD I love this figure! Little bit of trivia for you, Riot the figure is actually the name sake for the comic character. Yeah, the only ones with official names are Lasher and Scream. Anyway, this guy has leg joints that make him squat at about 6 inches and stand at about 9 letting him blend in with any size Toy Biz fig. He's got some great paint apps and a really detailed sculpt. His action feature is two extra arms that launch out. I for one prefer to keep them off because they're outstretched, so it looks like two of his arms are chilling and two are trying to grab the figure in front of him, which can be cool for situational displays, but not for the standard showcase. I guess my one complaint about Riot would be his tongue. It comes out of his teeth and to the back of his head,...[

AzraelAh Spider-Carnage, a mix of a great villain and a great Spider-Man. This is by far one fo the coolest figures I've ever bought. He's mostly a display piece and can be aesthetically pleasing no matter where you put him. Place him in your closet to get a scare whenever you wake up and get dresed, or my favorite, put him on a window sil and when the light shines in, watch the translucent plastic work it's magic. At the risk of my dignity, this guy really SHINES THROUGH when it comes to toybiz figures. I've always loved the translucent plasitc bit, but so few people still use it. The way the red glows is a mix of beauty and horror as you stare at its gruesome face. The only reasaon I don't give this guy a solid 5 is because he's not big on articulation or posability, and I feel like I'll...[

HybridSpider-Man (Toy Biz) - Venom - Planet of the Symbiotes

TheGreyGooseWell, I like the red Hybrid, but I like the blue Hybrid a little bit better. I'll make this plain and simple, the reason I like the figure is because despite it's articulation, it's got a great feel, texture, paint apps, and an action feature so great it makes kids under 10 wet their pants like rain wets the rest of your clothes (yeah, horrible analogy, deal with it), and despite my nostalgia for the original red colors, the blue and grey looks so cool, I have to admit that it looks better. While I know it's only a repaint, it's like looking at a whole new figure. Amazing how a change in paint job can change the figure completely (but no one should overdo it like Hasbro). The figure is great, the articulation could be a bit more, but he can still pull off some great poses, because he's a...[

TheGreyGooseHm. Where to begin, where to begin? I'll start off by comparing it to the green one, has a better feel, but not as cool looking, and unlike blue Hybrid, a repaint doesn't pose the same wonders. Now on to the figure. In case you never recognized, the Spider-man Classics series 4 Venom reused most of this body. He has more articulation than any other figure in the line, but much less decent poses to pull off. Like all the other figures in the line, Lasher has a great action feature that doesn't affect his articulation (once again, something Hasbro can learn from). I think my favorite part of this figure are the bendy tendrils on his back, Tee hee, they wiggle. And if you don't like how they're positioned, dunk 'em in boiling water for a few seconds and position them in whatever which way we...[

TheGreyGooseI am a symbiote fan, I am a fan of symbiotics, my thing, is XTREME 90s Spider-man villains. Riot is 2 of those. When I ordered a Riot I expected to get the bulky grey symbiote from the Seperation Anxiety story line, instead I got a bug, a freaking bug! Trying not to get mad, I saw it as a different character. It's cool. Riot is one of the old Venom figures from the Planet of the Symbiotes line. He's an original character that even has his own Wikipedia article (but what doesn't?) I think my favorite part of the figure is it's legs, which are jointed at the hips, knees, and ankles. It crouches at 6 inches but when fully stood up he can go alongside your 10 inch Marvel Universe figures. His paint and sculpt are pretty cool, and he has an action feature that ISN'T total crud. there are two...[

TheGreyGooseSpider-Carnage is a character which I really like, not because of his story, or his character, but just ebcause he looks so freaking cool. This figure really lives up to that by being something that honestly, I've never seen before. He's got a lot of gimmicks going for him that seem to work pretty well. Instead of using blue, they used one so dark, it's almost black, and while it looks great, the plastic has this smoothness to it, both it's look and feel, that I've enever seen on any other figure. The red on him is somethign you don't see anymore, it's translucent, so in the dark it looks almost black, but in the light it's like he's glowing, stick him in front of a candle and it's just beautiful. For such a gruesome character, they did a great job with making him look better than the...[

Vash_15I'm a huge symbiote fan, and my favorite one is Lasher, so when I heard about this figure I just had to have him, then one month and thirty bucks later, I took him out of the package. This figure is actually much better than you would expect, while his colors aren't exactly comic accurate, it's only a change of shades. The articulation on this guy is great compared to the other figures I have from this line, most noticeably the fact he has ball jointed shoulders. He has diagonal swivel legs (I don't know the proper name) which is standard when they have a little gimmick in the waist. In Lasher's case, you wind him up, squeeze the legs, and he spins. Sadly, it doesn't work too well and it's hard to get his top half centered with his lower half. He has 8 tendrils, all rubber, 6 on his back...[
