Now the race is on to reawaken the Minicon's and retrieve the Requim Blaster! When combined, the Space Minicon Team forms the devastating Requiem Blaster. The team is made up of Astroscope, Payload, and Sky Blast. The review will dedicate a section to each of the three Minicons starting with Astroscope. Astroscope is an absolutely brilliant! Spider-Man (Spider Armor)
Spider-Man (Toy Biz) - Animated - Series 3
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
I got this little bugger, uh I mean, arachnid...er way back when and was shocked when I pulled him out of the toy box I decided to pop open for no reason other than to look back on old memories. Spider Armor Spider-Man was still in surprisingly good condition with only a few scratches. The Spider Armor only appeared in one issue of the comics, Spectacular Spider-Man issue number one hundred I believe, and was destroyed that same issue but still has made numerous appearances in variant covers, video games, toys, and of course cartoons. Featured as one of many alternate Spider-Men, this version of Peter Parker was a billionaire with no secret identity and engaged to Gwen Stacy, a character previously absent from the cartoon due to a mandate that no character could die on screen. This...[See More]

Only by reuniting the three of them can the awesome might of the Star Saber be reawakened! Doc Ock
Marvel Legends (Hasbro) - Sandman Series
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
One of Spider-Man's oldest and most feared foes, Doctor Octopus was brought to life and re-imagined in the block buster motion picture, Spider-Man 2. Hasbro brings us a recreation of his look in Spider-Man 2 in a re-release and minor retool of the Doctor Octopus action figure released for the Spider-Man 2 action figure toy line. Doc Ock is just under six inches and has forty points of articulation counting the "Death Flowers" on his tentacles. His hand are hinged and his wrists are swivel joints. Knees and elbows are your basic double hinges (yeah!). His biceps are socket swivels and the same goes for his shoulder and hips. His head is a swivel joint. Doctor Octopus' ankles, yes his ankles, are swivel joints and the tip of his feet are hinges. The back of the feet are also hinges. Each...[See More]
Gorilla Alien
Aliens (Kenner) - Series 1
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
A member of the deadly Xenomorph species, the Gorilla Alien is named so for its massive, ape-like frame. The Gorilla Alien's body is mostly metallic blue with black highlights. The head is hollow and made of soft rubber. Sticking the head under water and squeezing the back of its skull will cause it to suck up water to be later sprayed from its second mouth like Acid Blood. The Gorilla Alien has six points of articulation. The head, tail, and hips are swivel joints while the shoulders are ball and socket joints combined with an action feature. Squeezing together the two crossed black spines on the Gorilla Aliens back will cause the arms to spread wide and releasing them will cause the arms to snap together on some unsuspecting prey. Usually those chew Colonial Space Marines. The arms...[See More]
Optimus Prime (Powermaster)
Transformers - Generation 1 (Hasbro) - Series 5
Rated 3.50 stars by Collector1
Powermaster Optimus Prime was the first new design for Optimus Prime since the original toys release in 1985. Released in 1988, Powermaster Optimus Prime comes with a new trailer and his Powermaster partner who this clearly lacks. The toy in the pictures above is my brothers Powermaster Optimus Prime which has been locked away in an old toy chest the size of a small table for quite some time. In sever disrepair, lacking a foot and all of his weapons, this Optimus Prime may not be the best example, but it was the best I could come up with. It should give you a little bit of a good picture of what he looks like completed. The Optimus toy itself stands about five, maybe six inches tall. The mold is completely different from the original and the transformation even more different. Instead...[See More]
Spider-Man (Magnetic)
Spider-Man (2000) (Toy Biz) - Series 1
Rated 5.00 stars by Collector1
Gifted with all the powers and abilities of a spider by the bite of an radiated arachnid, Peter Parker learned a hard lesson that with great power, there must also come great responsibility. Dawning a costume themed after the eight legged invertebrate, Peter Parker becomes the spectacular, the amazing, The Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man! One of Spider-Man's most astounding powers is his ability to climb almost any surface unaided by simply pressing his hands and feet against it. Magnetic Spider-Man allows you to simulate this (forgive me!) amazing power by the use of small magnets located in his feet and a magnetized base. A window with the famed chief editor of the Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson, leaning out the window with his phone's receiver stuck to his face by a blob of...[See More]
