Optimus Prime
Transformers - Robots in Disguise (2001) (Hasbro) - Super Class
Rated 4.00 stars by Collector1
Marking the first time any Transformers franchise ever attempted a hard reboot, Transformers: Robots in Disguise has no connections to the original Generation One Contiunity family. This version of Optimus Prime was one choosen at the end of the Great War between the Autobots and presumably the Predicons to weild a powerful Energon Matrix, one of many in this reality along side his jaded brother Ultra Magnus. After arriving on Earth to prevent the Predicon Megatron from gaining access to the lost Autobot base Fortress Maximus, the Cybertronians took on Earth forms to blend in with the primitive planet. Optimus Prime chose the form of a fire engine, ironiclly filled with Blazing Justice. Having many forms, RiD Optimus Prime features impressive articulation and weaponary. His basic robot...[See More]
Massacre vs Full Assault Superman
Superman - Man of Steel (Kenner) - 2-Packs
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
(Massacre) From across the Galaxy, Massacre has come to Earth to battle the last surviving Kryptonian, Superman! With his ability to see nerve impulses and superhuman strenght equal to Superman's own, can the Man of Steel survive against his alien foe? This action figure two pack allows you to decide! Massacre is a red skined mountain of muscle and tissue, towering over the Man of Steel. He features five points of articulation and his head was probably meant to move, seeing as how there is a joint there and all, but his dreads and shoulder pads prevent its movement. On his right knee, several silver knobs are sculpted on the knee pad. His gauntlets which produce super-hot plasma blasts are nicly detailed, especially given the era in which this toy was produced. Massacre's eyes are...[See More]
Annihilus [Build-A-Figure]
Marvel Legends (Hasbro) - Annihilus Series
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
From within the depths of the Negative Zone, a great and terrible shadow reaches out to devour our Universe! Weilding the powerful artifact, the Cosmic Control Rod on his crest, Annihilus is the Living Death that Walks! Talks pretty big for a relitivly puny Build a Figure, doesn't he? It took me quite some time to complete this bugger, having to order the Hercules over the interwebs to get the last peice, but it payed off! The first Build a Figure from Hasbro is smaller than those previously produced, but still in scale with the rest of the line. Each of his fingers, with the exception of his thumb, has individual articulation. Annihilus' hands can move back and forth at his wrists. His elbows are double-hinge joints with a cool little spike coming of the elbow itself. Unsuprisingly he...[See More]
Spider-Man
Marvel Legends (Hasbro) - Sandman Series
Rated 4.00 stars by Collector1
Back when Spider-Man 2 was released, a toy that I absoultly adored was put out as part of the toyline. Coming with a wall mounted base made to look like a bulletin board advertising a copy of the Daily Bugle from the first Spider-Man movie, it had massive articulation and a stunning paint job. However, this was later smashed to bits by a high fall and weak sides. This is essential the Super-Posible Spider-Man from the Spider-Man 2 toyline with a knew paint job and a horrible malformed left knee. Instead of a deep red, this Spider-Man has a bright pink colorization and light, silver paint on the webbing instead of the black on the original. A few coats of paint and some patience will fix this. Possesing a massive anount of articulation and tight joints, this is almost perfect. Until...[See More]

Megatron
Transformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Super Class
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
Ressurected from within the bowels of the dead Unicron, Megatron is more powerful than ever! Weilding a devistating cannon that can operate on its own accord of his body as a mini-tank and power energon saber, Megatron is ready to destroy his cursed enemy Optimus Prime once and for all! Transforming into a Cybertronian attack ship, Megatron has an overwelming arsonal at his disposal. Mounted on his shoulders are twin swiviling laser guns. In vehicle mode, the guns act as its main weapon in conguntion with the tank that attaches to the back and lasers on his nose cone and wing tips! In robot mode, by placing the rear end of the tank inside the up turned ships nose cone, an energon sword is attached to it with lots of noise and shining lights. The body is pretty much a homage to the...[See More]
Arcee
Transformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Basic Series
Rated 5.00 stars by Collector1
In her first appearance in The Transformers: The Movie, Arcee was one of a select few female Transformers and to a very small few, a disturbingly hot Transformer. Before Energon, Arcee was only avalible as either none Transforming mini-figures or statues and one Blackaracnia Transmetals repaint figure. Now, Arcee once more lives in the form of a speed bike. Her head is very similair to her original head from the 1985 movie, and her paint job includes the same light pinks and white, but with a touch of black and translucent red. An energon chip attaches to her gas tank, chest in robot mode, magnifing just barely her Autobot insignia. A crowsbow made up of her tail pipes attaches to her inner arms, but the bulk of the darned thing makes posing her with it a small hassle, but well...[See More]
Powerlinx Optimus Prime with Corona Sparkplug
Transformers - Armada (Hasbro) - Super Base Assortment
Rated 5.00 stars by Collector1
Brave, fearless and strong, Optimus Prime leads the Autobots against the evil forces of the Decipticons to ensure freedom for all sentiant beings! Unless said sentiant beings happen to turn into guns and swords! Powerlink Optimus Prime is a repainted and minorly retooled sculpt of the previous leader class Optimus Prime. Still featuring all the important details, Optimus Prime has a good range of articulation with plenty of seziure inducing flashing light and sounds! When transformed from a long nose truck of fictional make, an enfared signel is sent to the trailer to transform into a command base with numerous missle turrets, minicon or micron storage compartments, global map, and raised tower thing that you can attach Optimus' Ion Cannon to to make a gun tower! When further...[See More]
Conan / Wrarrl
Legendary Comic Book Heroes (Marvel Toys) - 2-Packs
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
(Conan the Barbarian) Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of the Earth under his sandalled feet. This passage from The Phoenix on the Sword, one of the earliest stories starring Conan the Barbarian, by Robert E. Howard decribes his creation to the letter with great emotion and power! Conan comes forth from the mist of time, immortilized in a plastic action figure for all to marvel at! Highly detailed with no item left out, Conan comes equipped with a massive sword and battle. Unfortunately, the knife can not be removed from its sheath, taking away what could have been a very cool weapon. The sword is almost as tall as Conan himself, the same...[See More]
Conan / Wrarrl
Legendary Comic Book Heroes (Marvel Toys) - 2-Packs
Rated 5.00 stars by Collector1
(Wrarrl) Wrarrl is a soul devouring demon that plauged the ancient world, coming in contact with Conan the Barbarian on numerous occasions. Weilding terrible magic that could transform one into a slug like manifestation of the soul and incredible pysichal strenght, Wrarrl is truly a foe to be feared! Now, Wrarrl is reborn in the modern world as a plastic action figure! Beware! Supremly detailed and faithful to his comic book depiction, Wrarrl is much taller to the Conan figure included in the two-pack set. With a face that looks like it was run through a meat grinder a few thousand time, and glowing red eyes and mouth, the Devourer of Soul's truly has a horrifying visage! His sparse armor is finly crafted with a rusted appearance to add to his ancient and antiquated feel. The loin...[See More]
