Working on Origins Battle Cat in Custom Workstation by SuperSeanski
Wednesday, November 11, 2020
   [Edit]
Could anyone suggest the best paint to use on the new Battle Cat? I don't have an airbrush, so I'm looking for spray paint ideally, black and a dark metallic gunmetal grey. I plan on painting the cat as well as the armor, and I'm not sure what kind of plastic they're made of....[See More]

An action figure is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. You can't find price guides anymore as they take up an extreme amount of time and the only ones are outdated and made by collectors. There's a GIJOE checklist on the site though
Adding articulation. in Custom Workstation by Spindlejack

   [Edit]
Does anyone know any good quality articulation joints for custom work? Specifically I’m interested in adding elbow and knee joints and maybe articulated hands to a large baby doll. I’m trying to turn it into a Cthulhu for marvel legends scale figures lol....[See More]

Yeah, look into BIONICLE LEGO, lots of ball-socket joints you can chop up. They're sturdy joints, but you can always find ways to reinforce them if you have to.

Otherwise, look into stuff like lamps with goosenecks and harvest the bendy shafts for bendy joints. You might even find useful stuff in the kitchen section of stores.
Riot custom action figure in Action Figure Chatter by CPK

Hi Guys,

I’m looking for the following figure...

https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&url=h ... AdAAAAABAJ

Does anyone know who could produce this figure and if so, do you have their details? I’m happy to arrange payment over PayPal to anyone who either has one of these for sale or would know someone who may have one for sale?

Would appreciate any advice that anyone may be able to give me. This figure is for a friends birthday and this area isn’t really my area of expertise, so excuse this if it’s a silly question, I lack knowledge in this area.

Thanks,

Chr...[See More]

I can make one for you, but I live in the US, so I don't know if you'd want to pay the shipping for that. Hit me up with a PM if you're interested.

Pixars Knick Knack in Custom Workstation by SnowManHunter
Updated Friday, October 16, 2020
   [Edit]
Knick Knack is a 1989 American computer-animated short film produced by Pixar and directed by John Lasseter. The short is about a snow globe snowman who wants to join the other travel souvenirs in a summer-themed party. However, the glass dome that surrounds him prevents him from doing so, thus leading to his many attempts to break out of his snow globe. Knick Knack is Pixar's fourth short and the final short produced during the company's tenure as a hardware company.

Exo-Squad WIP Update: DONE! in Custom Workstation by TheRubicon
Updated Wednesday, October 14, 2020
   [Edit]
Sculpt is finished. These pics are side by side with the original factory figures. I’ll be nit-picking them and sanding a little here and there, and then when i get brave, I’ll start priming and painting.

Update 9/8 taking a break from them so i don’t obsess over it and ruin them. In the meantime, please make some observations and critiques?

I don’t know about all that, but you can definitely see where they’ve evolved over the last two years. Thank you so much! The dio part is a long way off, but I might whip up some scenery for the showcase images. I’m super jealous of your dio-skills though.

WTB Scream and/or Lasher parts in Trading Post by scibott
Updated Wednesday, October 14, 2020
   [Edit]
Hi everyone! I'm looking for everything except the upper and lower arms of Scream, I do want her hands. The thighs, hips and arms of Lasher. As well as the pins, hinges, discs as appropriate for the listed parts. Caliban waves Gambit's coat, arms not necessary. Any help would be appreciated, be it just the head, or leg(s) whatever you happen to have! eBay prices for them are outrageous... Broken parts are more than adequate for my needs if you have them.

If the goal is to get black parts, try VHT Vinyl Dye Spray Satin Black. Prep the surface well and that stuff penetrates the plastic. That way you can use any parts.

Thanks, but I would just pick up a couple of Black Widows and Venoms if that was the case. No I am wanting these colors in particular, the slight metallic swirly green and yellow used for these symbiotes.
