Combat is a fierce and cunning warrior, his years of conditioning as a part of the Katellan military forging him into a superior combatant in the areas of personal combat and tactical analysis. Like all Katellans, Combat is impervious to fire and cold and possesses strength and endurance well in excess of a normal human male.

History:
Kh'ambt is an extra-terrestrial humanoid from the planet Katella. Katellans are a proud warrior race, skilled in the art of war and personal combat. They have created a very advanced culture and civilization with technology far exceeding that of Earth science's present capabilities. A warring race, they traverse the galaxy at will, often engaging in conflict against other races with an advanced space fleet. A pupil of the legendary Admiral Kh'rk, Kh'ambt is a product of the Katellan warrior tradition and a complex military structure. Their warrior code centers on maintaining honor in combat and death. They are conditioned to reject fear and to kill without mercy. Kh'rk claimed that Kh'ambt was his brightest student. After successfully completing his training, Kh'ambt was commissioned and served as a lieutenant in the Katellan forces. His loyalty came into question when he was accused of engineering a plot to overthrow the Katellan Emperor. He escaped Katella and was declared a fugitive. A vessel containing him and Photon crash landed on Earth where he sought asylum in exchange for his knowledge of Katellan technology.
