The Black Razor, a secret intelligence group. They are the world's most elite emergency tactical response (ETR) Squad. They spcialize in covert counter-measures against para-human enemies. Max Cash is one of the toughest members of the Black Razor: the incredible fighting abilities that he developed in the army qualified him for service as a Black Razor. With his nearly impregnable customized, contoured body armor and lethal laser weapons, Max Cash is an opponent few enemies would want to embattle.
