The Black Razor, a secret intelligence group. They are the world's most elite emergency tactical response (ETR) Squad. They spcialize in covert counter-measures against para-human enemies. When other groups are not equal to the job, the Black Razors are sent in to handle the situation. Known as the "Cleaners of Last Resort", they are proud of their ancient Latin motto, audentes fortuna juvat (fortune helps those who dare to be brave).
