Flogg is the leader of the Evil Mutants from planet Denebria. He leads the Mutants' military from Nordor, the skull-shaped satellite of Denebria. Flogg wants to take over planet Primus and the whole Tri-Solar System. After He-Man joined the Galactic Guardians, Skeletor went to Nordor and offered his help to Flogg to get rid of the hero. Skeletor pretends to be loyal to Flogg, but he actually manipulates the Mutant leader with his "advice".
