Ren and Stimpy: one of TV's more infamous cartoon shows. Noted for its toilet humor and suggestive themes, it saw a short but well received run on Nickelodeon before being pulled for neglecting censorships. In its short time it developed such a fan base however that when it was revived on Spike TV, minus the censorship regulations, it became a hit once more with older fans and new viewers. In the time gap between the two series, Mattel released a toy line of its own for the series. Featuring the main characters, the line sought to immortalize and make a bigger name for R&S.
